Brush mowing and property clean up

WE OFFER BRUSH MOWING, DEMOLITION & PROPERTY CLEANUP ALL AROUND THE OKANAGAN!

We provide property cleanup services in the North Okanagan.  Our equipment allows us to clear trees and foliage for building sites, or for trails/roads. We often create buffer zones on acreages in case of future forest fires. These zones serve to slow or contain forest fire spread. This is done by reducing shrubs and foliage and smaller trees to wood chips with our brush mower, or we can pile brush and undergrowth to burn during the months when it is safe.

HOW MUCH DOES BRUSH MOWING AND PROPERTY CLEANUP TYPICALLY COST?

BRUSH MOWING costs $1800 per day.

Wood chips from mulched small trees and brush stay where they lay on the ground and eventually turn back into the earth helping with topsoil coverage. Depending on the density of the brush we can get an acre or two cleared per day. See the change in your property day by day. Ask about the gold package!

ACREAGE CLEANUP starts at $1350.

This can range all the way from knocking down trees and brush, to piling the debris for you to burn at a later date. (this allows you to see through the property while creating spaces for a food plot, walking trails, and family camping, etc.) We can also haul the brush and debris off site at an additional cost - instant gratification! DEMOLITION PROJECTS average $5000.

We do demolition on garages (hopefully not your neighbors by accident!), houses, chicken coop’s, barns and everything in between. We typically haul the debris offsite and dispose of at the local landfill. Prices vary depending on location, materials, asbestos, etc.
