To understand what you have in mind for your property, start by filling out our connect form. As you submit this form, Include a few pictures (or even better - videos) via your platform of choice (FB messenger, Telegram, Whatsapp) of your space and describe your vision for the project. Then we’ll have a phone call to go over the details and schedule a time to have Evan come over for an on-site visit.
As our customer, you are always the priority. We focus on making sure we really listen to you and your needs. This will guarantee a project you’ll feel good about and hiring a contractor that cares.
On-Site Visit
At this stage we will do a walk through and speak again in more detail on what you’d like to see done, discuss possibilities, and confirm if we missed anything in the pictures and videos sent over. This visit will help focus on the budget and timeline to start, and to see if we are a good fit for each other.
You will never get a surprise “add-on” to the bill without your approval. Sometimes we find things under the dirt that we could not know was there (bedrock, spring water, etc.), but generally the estimate given is the price paid at the end.
Buckets In The Ground
The exciting part starts – the moving dirt phase! As we work on your project, we’re very serious about keeping you informed with every step we make. We’re honest, upfront, and will never hide anything from you. As the client, you’ll always have a real time perspective of how things are progressing even if you are not onsite. If you can’t be onsite, we can send videos to you at the end of each work day so you can follow our progress.
We really value our time at home with our family - so we know how important it is to have things at home working properly so you can enjoy your downtime. We make a point to genuinely listen to you, appreciate your unique situation and always make you feel comfortable with us at your home.
